The problem I have with InDesign the most is not being allowed to save back for older versions to open things from CS2. Just a big hassle. I'm interested to see how Adobe makes everything interconnected though. Maybe it'll make it more cross compatible.

I haven't changed to CS2. Mostly because all of my old school can't be opened in CS2. And the new features that I have seen I personally don't need.

That's why I usually don't upgrade when given the chance. I still use Photoshop 5! ;D I just switched from Illustrator to InDesign because of its color separation features. If I could do everything in Illustrator and Photoshop I would!
